Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders of $60 or more. All orders under $60 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

All orders are shipped via USPS ground advantage unless otherwise specified on the order.

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order processing.

  • For International shipping, we do not give refunds if products are confiscated by customs.
  • If there is a delay in international shipping, we are required to wait 45 days to file a claim or send a new package, since a package can be delayed for a number of weeks before finally being delivered.
  • Note: Shipping times may vary and/or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

  • Priority mail is NOT guaranteed. It’s typically 2-4 days, but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not refund priority shipping that wasn’t delivered in the time frame given at checkout, since it’s not a guaranteed service by USPS.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND: 

1. Reach out via the Contact Us form to verify that your item is available for return before taking any other steps. A member of our team will get back to you with details on how to take the next step.
2. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund (exclusions apply, i.e., Risk Free Guarantee). Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Flat Rate Priority Mail. Please do not send broken glass in the mail.
3. We will mail or email a prepaid shipping label for defective returns. If item is not defective, you will be responsible for paying shipping.
5. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.
6. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. 

*Please be advised that usually, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. In most cases, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order. If the payment method is no longer active, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
